Themes: Update of all Evo 2.1.0 Themes

Nuke Evolution 2.1.0 Themes for registered, as well as club this weekend Themes have been updated.

The following updates have been carried out:

Update 

  1. Introduction of evo_image () function in the theme index () and article theme () functions for the display of the Topic / Themes Icons
